Gachagua Reveals Raila’s Alleged Demands in MOU Deal with Ruto
Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has claimed that Raila Odinga demanded six Cabinet Secretary positions and multiple Principal Secretary slots before signing a political Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with President William Ruto.
Speaking on Kameme FM, Gachagua alleged that the restructuring of government positions is already underway to accommodate Raila’s allies, with Mt. Kenya leaders being targeted for removal.
He further stated that Raila has requested 15 PS positions and is set to receive 10, accusing Ruto of sidelining Mt. Kenya leaders in the process.
These revelations come amid growing political tension over government appointments.
