Then, enter your Nairobi Water account number on the designated balance page and click “Submit.” This service not only lets you view your bill but also allows you to receive e-bill notifications, make water complaints, check current tariffs, and update your account details if you move.
SMS Bill Inquiry
Alternatively, you can check your bill via SMS. Just send your water account number to the shortcode 20557. This service is designed to provide a quick and efficient way to access your account balance on the go.
