How to Retrieve Lost or Deleted KPLC Tokens
Accidentally deleted your Kenya Power prepaid token message? Don’t worry — you can quickly recover it using several official channels, including USSD, the MyPower app, SMS, and the Kenya Power website.
1. Using the USSD Code *977#
- Dial *977# on your mobile phone.
- Select Prepaid Services (Token).
- Choose Latest Tokens or Token Details.
- Enter your 11-digit meter number.
- You will receive an SMS with your last three token codes.
2. Using the MyPower Mobile App
- Download or open the MyPower App on your smartphone.
- Go to the Bill/Token section.
- Enter your meter number.
- Your recent token purchases and codes will be displayed.
3. By SMS
Send the word TOKEN followed by your meter number (no spaces) to 95551. You will receive a reply with your latest token details.
4. Using the Kenya Power Website
Visit the official Kenya Power website, navigate to the Token Query page, and enter your meter number to view your token history.
