NAIROBI, Kenya – Detectives in Embakasi have arrested two suspects following a daring break-in at a godown that saw electronics worth Ksh17.6 million stolen over the Easter weekend.
The robbery occurred at Atlantic Business Park, targeting two storage units owned by Aetlantiq Group Limited. The suspects are believed to have gained access by cutting through the roof, bypassing alarms and security measures.
According to a statement from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), employees returning from the Easter break were shocked to discover that Godown No. 16 and No. 17 had been raided and a massive inventory of electronics stolen.
